OP do you have any overbite?

Your midface is excessively long and you should correct your malocclusion with BSSO

anything else? My zygos seem flat asf and is there any way to fix that ogre crevice between nose and browridge

I don't think lefort 2 is necessary,that will mean you'll get even more projected nose and will not look harmonious with the upper part of your head often, I think standard lefort1/bsso (bimax) and some form of zygomatic osteotomy would do well

Bimax alone without any kinds of implants/ramus widening etc.. wouldn't ascend you alone

what kind of zygomatic osteotomy would be good because my lateral zygo is well grown but my midface is flat asf

Your zygos are fine and you shouldn't worry about your glabella, it means you have a prominent brow ridge which is a dimorphic trait

ya but doesn’t it look ogreish? terrible combo with recessed lower third 💀

I was thinking maybe ZSO but in cases in men it may overly feminize the cheekbone since it's goes to the submalar, I think implants for the arch would do well

@iblamemygenes check out this thread

That's why you should focus on correcting your lower third. People get implants for brow ridges JFL

so just a ccw bimax? Don’t some surgeons widen jaw along with the bimax

Yeah, along with LeFort I. Surgeons widen the jaw to if there are dental or skeletal issues present that need correction
