Do I need a palate expander

im getting 3 BBl laser for my skin to remove redness Im also getting Damon brace but im not sure if I should get a expander just by looking at my face what do you think

i suggest getting an xray and talking to ur ortho to see if an expander is still posibble, if not then get marpe

You do have a narrow palate but at 18 your sutures are nearly fused. Marpe would be a better option but obviously consult with your ortho to even see if you meet the requirements

Do you think just Damon could widen dental arch and make my palate « wide » or I need a real bone widening for my palate to be optimal

It can but the results will be very slim compared to an actual expander.
