Do i need a palate extender?
I can’t rest my tongue fully into the roof of my mouth + i notice that my tooth are slowly getting crooked again and my maxilla is shit and not wide enough
Do a palate expender will do the work or is there a risk that my ortho says that my palate is wide enough

check the width of your bite. It should be 40mm+. ofc assuming you have a caucasiod skull. Asians typically have different shaped palate because of their monkey skull
