I asked my aunt that is a orthodontist but she Said that marpes arent usually done after the palate fully develops and didnt say if my palate was narrow or not

Book an appoitment with an ortho and get a CBCT and X-Ray done. An easy way to check is to measure your intramolar witdth and also the intrazygomatic width. Those projections can only get you so far however because your intra molar can be off due to your teeth tilting outward, so the best way to actually check is to book an appointment with an actual ortho.
