Well, the Lefort I and BSSO are basically a bimax because a bimax is those 2 combined, so Bimax is important, Cranioplasty as well for ur bad browridge, and lastly a rhinoplasty.

Ok so theres LLTN LTN LHTN and then LMTN MTN HMTN you get how it works now ? Potential with surgery uh ur height is holding you back but id say HMTN which is pretty good maybe HTN if u physiquemaxx

I think your only way to LHTN would be hairmaxxing but dont ask how cuz I havent looked into it much but hair can help ie eyebrows, hair on top, eyelashes, etc and physiquemaxxing too with gear

rn im thinking of growing out my hair rn i havent had it cut in a while and i wanna see how it looks long

Gear is slang for AAS- anabolic androgenic steroids ie tren e, test e, winstrol, anavar, halotestin. They essentially help you pack on more muscle easily like example is you put person A and B into a gym for 4 months and give Person B a bunch of gear to inject and Person A a bunch of approved supplements like creatine or wtv in the end of the test Person B will be wayy bigger in muscle then person A. But it comes with side effects and its toxic if u take too much.

idk if its worth taking for me ngl dont want to risk health things already have too much going on with health
