You probably don’t need bimax. Just get a consult with a max-fac surgeon to check though, and then proceed with regular braces if they think that’ll fix your bite.

Yeah, in 2 days i have to go to the ortho for the tooth, and now i'm sending other mails to ramieri for a check, he said if we have to do it online, but i dont think that online he could see well the problem

If you get scans you can send to Ramieri and he can check properly. I went to my doctor and asked for a referral to a specialist hospital that could do CT scans of my jaws for a jaw surgery consult. I had to pay privately like $600 for the scans.

Also some orthodontists are opposed to jaw surgery and just wanna sell you braces so they just brush off the idea of jaw surgery. My orthodontist who did my braces first laughed at the idea. But a max-fac said I could technically make small cosmetic changes with jaw surgery. Tbh I think your jaws are
good aesthetically it’s just your bite, which could involve surgery to correct. If an ortho can correct it with braces alone I’d go that route, but would be best to confirm via scans if jaw surgery is a better option.

NP, also if you are planning on sending the scans via internet you'll need to specify that at the place you get CTs done. That way they can provide it to you on a USB or something, or format it correctly. When I got my scans they put it on a CD rom lol, which isn't good for sending abroad. If you wanna be super sure, I would ask Ramieri what type of scan to get, then you can go to the doctor and get a referral for that specific scan. (Tbf, I am in New Zealand, perhaps in your country you do not need a referral to do a scan).

Hope that helps. Eye area is a tricky area to work on and much more risky, but it can ascend you hard. Your jaws look pretty nice to me tbh, I think they are slayer jaw from the profile. Hopefully fixable with braces.

CT is A computerized tomography (CT) scan.

Tbh I think once they know you want surgery most good surgeons get a cone beam scan which has all the high detail in the bone and face etc.

yeah sorry was very busy. I would simply not get retractive orthodontics of any kind. They tend to pull the maxilla backwards.
Also, different topic, remember that a "cone beam ct" scan is much safer since it exposes you to a lot less radiations than a traditional ct scan.
