I was hoping to gaslight myself into not needing a bimax cause its most expensive on my list and takes ages but tbf, I mouthbreathe a ton my friends complain about it, and my breathing is quite bad so maybe would fix that too I also have an ever so slightly gummy smile so maybe I should get it but i rlllyyy dont wanna save up 12k for one surgery lol

Buccal fat removal would not be smart. A buccal fat removal would just make you look uncanny and malnourished. A much better option would to get implants. Ur face isn’t lean because of your bone structure.. not the soft tissue and really do not waste time and money on a rhinoplasty.

Is your upper palate narrow? (U can take a picture if u want and if u really want i can send mine to compare since its wide)

just asking due to the lack of facial width to height ratio u have and u may be able to get a little bit of gain in looks from that as well, and not only that but increase your health too. But I overall I would say trimax/bimax (up to you since I haven’t done much research on trimax), facial implants, genio, and otoplasty

Not only that but after hardmaxxing I cannot recommend softmaxxing enough

Your mandible has decent bulk and gonial angle albeit recessed and malrotated. This means you have a great base for bimax if its done right.
