Do i need bimax?

Im between them 2, so im slightly reccesed, right? Im slightly more forward grown than the reccesed woman

(I think upper maxilla is fine but my lower maxilla + jaw are reccesed)

I also notice, how i always was lean and woth a fullidface, but since 26 years old, my midface is emptier and i bloat more often, and i think this is correlated with being reccesed, this 2 posts explain this effect

I think my reccesion is causing me to bloat and have a emptier midface (skin sagging) so i think bimax can fix this and make me look lean again, what do you guys think?

I would definitely look into bimax. Especially bc you already have a submental crease, a large genio probably wouldn’t look good on you
