You can inject subq or into the muscle. You can also just take it orally. Ben Greenfield has a comprehensive article on that as well as some other compounds that heal like TB 500

i feel like that’s cope honestly, i have some digestive enzymes so i feel i can eat most anything without problems

without eating crazy processed sugary stuf obviously, i mean dairy, eggs, things like that
