No you just look youthful and slightly bloated or “baby faced” just like me. A lot will change in the next couple years if you focus on the right things. Eat good food and get plenty of protein so that your bones can grow to their fullest potential naturally. The stuff with the mandible can certainly be focused on heavily when you are more grown if you decide you want to do so. But make sure you maximize your natural growth before all else.

Your bmi or body fat percentage will improve by 2-6% during these next couple years as you grow taller so don’t stress on that.
