Today i was at my ortho for a braces check i already have braces and a rod inbetween them to help expand my teeth or whatever and today she said that after 3months it didnt even expand does it mean i already finished growing my maxila or is it okay?

Don't even fret about it. if anything they'd be impressed you know what a maxilla is. they probably get questions like this all the time anyway

do you gave an expander than you manually work with a tool?? If yes then I’d recommend doing it 1-2 more times per day than the ortho recommends. But don’t do anything that would cause severe jaw pain/damage. But yes the expander is definitely supposed to help out as someone who had one previously.

i dont have an expander just regular braces so idk why was she messuaring my palate
