Do i need chin implants or double jaw surgery?

Implants are dogshit they just mask the problem and results are minimal plus high infection rate and bone erosion overtime better to get genio imo, and if u can a bsso could help u but its not necessary.

Double jaw surgery + genioplasty would benefit your entire lower third, so I’d get that instead of just an implant
