Double Jaw Surgery ADVICE NEEDED

Getting bimax in next year and a half - currently consulting looking to find best surgeon.

-narrow palate
-class 2 div 2
-short ramus
-higher gonial angle
-long face but no gum show.

Obviously need ccw but wont impaction fuck my smile even more?

How can I approach this and not get botched?

yeah i am doing haha just hard to find decent results. No surgeons here are that well known and uk just has a bad rep. Hopefully will be getting it covered so it'll save me a shit ton of money and means I can get it done in next few years
