Honestly you look good. How old are you though, cause doing this could effect your facial growth and make it look worse later on.

Maybe wait until your 18 before you decide to do it. Nobodies stopping you but I think currently it would definitely help you out right now. I'm just not sure about the future. Good luck. If you want to get it done now, go ahead if you wish.
