Do I need the typical stuff that accompanies roids if I do the 36 eggs/day diet?

The diet consists of eating 36 raw eggs/day along with the rest of your daily diet to increase testosterone. However, I want to know if this would have the cons (particularly causing your body to no longer produce testosterone naturally) and therefore require the supporting drugs and the PCT that exogenous testosterone does.

whatever you do, if you take roids for a long time your body won’t be able to produce testosterone naturally at some point (i believe the higher the dosage the sooner its unable, unsure), eggs clearly won’t even help with that

its literally fucking logical that if you take steroids your natural production can cease and will completely be reduced after months of taking testosterone
yep months of testosterone will fully stop your body from producing testosterone, so logical

Not what I was told by someone’s who on roids and planning to cease soon, literally said once he’s gonna stop he’ll hop on trt cuz his natural production will be shit
I’ve talked to many people on roids and no their test production doesn’t just stop or is significantly lower, maybe slightly yeah but thats normal depending on what you run ig but not sure if that has a correlation.

It will probably be around the average or slightly below after a blast and cruise, for normal cycling i don’t think it will be impacted that much.

cool source bro :lul: whos giving these retards checkmarks
Producing testosterone uses nutrients and energy so your body tries not to produce more than it needs. The same applies to muscle. If your body detects that you're receiving testosterone exogenously then it decides that you have sufficient testosterone and therefore not waste resources producing more.

this is probably the stupidest fucking low iq thread ive seen.
  • 1 egg yolk contains around 0.01 to 0.04 micrograms (µg) of testosterone.
  • So, 36 eggs would provide ~0.36 to 1.44 µg of testosterone.
36 eggs contain about 0.00036 to 0.00144 milligrams of testosterone.

    you are fucking braindead,

the funniest part is that doesn't even fucking matter though, testosterone has a 0% oral availability, your body cant use any of it
