tbh your 5'7 and have a bad frame(short torso and legs) your capped out at MTN,you are already lean too the only thing you can do is try to reach HTN face and that for you needs surgery

I’m 5”11 and I agree my frame isn’t great but I do believe you are being harsh on my face I think I could potentially reach chadlite as I’m only 16
