4 months I've worked out just upper body and now I look silly with skinny legs and a thick upper body and can only workout in track pants so now I have to start working out legs. I do abs but I only wear baggy sweatpants even in summer. Can I just push sleds as my leg workout, I love pushing and pulling sleds. Training your legs directly helps your upper body grow too. There are many compound exercises for the legs, and the more compound the exercise is, the more testosterone is stimulated for release (according to research). I always go into my leg days with the mentality that this will also help my upper body and abs grow
