I dont wanna tbh and I have trouble bulking anyways. I am a narrow waistcel and have no butt. I dont like lifting legs bc squats hurt my knees

4 months I've worked out just upper body and now I look silly with skinny legs and a thick upper body and can only workout in track pants so now I have to start working out legs. Just like abs you have to do it tbh, it sucks so bad but its worth it.

I do abs but I only wear baggy sweatpants even in summer. Can I just push sleds as my leg workout, I love pushing and pulling sleds. Squats suck
 
no just suck it up and squat 3x a week, upper body more important

Seated leg press is far easier on the knees than squats. Also do reverse leg extension, calf press, and for your ass do glute bridges/hip thrusts with a padded barbell.

In the past I would have said it was mandatory, but really it's up to you. I only deadlift now.

Just need to do the bare minimum really, especially if you're leanmaxxing shoulders upper body is all that matters

That works, I only do sled drags/pushes and dead lifts and it's enough to maintain
SLEDS WORK. IM gonna spam sleds, i love sleds so much, im gonna start again and sled race with my buddy

They aren’t important but you can train them by doing 5 - 10 minute body weight leg workouts
 
Training your legs directly helps your upper body grow too. There are many compound exercises for the legs, and the more compound the exercise is, the more testosterone is stimulated for release (according to research). I always go into my leg days with the mentality that this will also help my upper body and abs grow

Muscles grow through progressive overload, and guys who exclusively train upper body arguably grow faster because of the recovery demands that leg training has
 
No you dont have to hit legs. If youre natty, you will also never have such a big upper body at low bodyfat that its disproportional to your legs.

Big legs arguably take away from your aesthetics by making your sillouhette blockier. I train them because strong legs, and glutes help tremendously with athletic performance/explosiveness
