I’m 14 turning 15 September, I sleep like 5-6 hours a day because of school and stress, I’m on 1800 calories a day and I feel like it may be over for my height

Yes, take 6-10 iu, sleep better and take Melatonin to sleep longer and acually get tired.

Sleeping well is key even on gh.

You are suppressing your natural GH, so atleast try to optimize it first and then ask this again

not the key i'd say
gh still releases on 4-5 hours of sleep
personally i never slept much but i slept very deep because i was always tired,barely 6-7 hours and im 6'3 rn

Yea i guess, sleeping is still VERY important tho, 8 hours is also key if you want to Maximise BDNF Production and have Energy for the day.

sleep better, eat better, take 8-10 iu. Play sport then you're good
 
is there a specific sport and should I start at 8 iu?
the best spot for peptide is always your stomach because it's the most painless spot and no work up to that, take 2-4 gh first week then go up
 
my moms 5'8.5 and dads 5'10.5
idk if its purely genetics but if you dont have it your genetics pin 12iu hgh it still wont change anything
you are a miracle, you didnt get enough deep sleep because you were tired in the morning, so you somehow skipped biology man you're lucky
