muscle mass doesn’t have anything to do with development it’s just carb water retention in muscles. You’re missing B12 D3 K2 etc (more than15) which you can’t get in anyway other than eating meat. Supplements are unregulated and lie, selling D2 as D3 etc. Even if you use animalistic supplements then you are eating harmful chemicals in the mixture anyways instead of just eating meat. From a health perspective it’s retarded to be vegan. Now you choose if your morals are more important than your wellbeing

Wait till you hear about yeast. I get my b12 from yeast which is naturally grown. You get D3 just by going in the sun, you can also get it from some mushrooms, which convert D2 to D3. As for K2, it isn’t easily sourced, can’t lie but you can get it from fermented foods. However, K2 isn’t as necessary if you get enough K1, which i likely do. Speaking of harmful chemicals, most of your store bought meat will provide just that. It isn’t a healthier lifestyle as you think, processed meats have little nutritional value. The meat you consume is vital in what nutrients you absorb, just like plants.

Loox clavicle bones were already decent and i think it didnt grow in sheer bone lenght aspect despite all the blasting, in the case of OP only clavicle lenght surgery can save his frame if he doesnt have massive hypertrophy upper body capabilities
