1L kefir daily, 1L milk daily (Not raw, i live in canada, we found a farmer that can pasteurize it at the lowest level, its around 4.5-5% milk), 3L water daily, i try to have a glass of organic orange juice. for meats i try to avoid beef (microplastics) so i try to get ground lamb.Okay, whatcha eatin'?

as of external things, i barely get sleep, always stressed cuz of school, i vape, i smoke, i drink.
drinking free for a while (forgot how long)
za free for like a week (just started trying to quit)
for nic i usually try to use zonnics (pouches) as they can be seen to be less estrogenic due to the flavouring.
as for any medications and supplements:
i take 100mg doxycycline daily for acne (just started last week, working great)
i take vitamin 15K IU vit. d3 ( in canada, very rainy), 400mg of magnesium per night, i take biotin, colostrum, a testosterone compound (its just L-Citruline and zinc)

didnt want to hop on accutane. my mental health is already cooked and i wanted a less invasive strategy. so far the antibiotics have been working great.accutane better than antibiotics
Not saying they don’t work just accutane is better long term, you can’t use antibiotics long term but you can microdose accutane or do a heavy cycle which will almost shut ur sebum glanddidnt want to hop on accutane. my mental health is already cooked and i wanted a less invasive strategy. so far the antibiotics have been working great.
