Do i still have a chance at growing bones?

i’m 17 and i’m boneless ash, is there any chance for me to grow facial bones and get more defined? Is not eating enough a cause of it? Are there any methods

No, you're not gonna get a model tier bonemass at your age anymore. Get a summer job or something and save up some money for implants.
