Do intense exercize + good sleep make you better absorb nutriments ?

IDK when I bulk I poo 3 times a day I think I absorb them bad thus I have hard times gaining weight

yepp. sleep well.

work out hard and eat much but clean.

If you work out hard you sweat a lot of nutrients out. I guess you would sweat a lot more out running and things like that than weightlifting. Not sure what supplements you are taking but a good multi vitamin would be good to take if you aren't already.
