jaw implants can be fine if they're not overdone. Same with any surgery. If any surgery is too drastic then it'll severely impact harmony and look uncanny.

But if your jaw angle implants installed properly it does not matter how they looks since they are hidden under your skin/soft tissue and people can't see them.
