So I am 17 year old 190cm ectomorph, been going to gym for almost 3 months now. At the start I weighed 69kg, now I am at around 70-72 and I feel like it's really hard to put on weight for me. Will taking 100g of mass gainer daily help me grow my muscles? In 100g of it there is 388 cals so I'm thinking about taking 200-300g a day to get extra 750-1150 calories on top of what i am eating rn. Will it make me fat? How much muscle could I build up this summer?
