Do mouth appliances for lips make them thinner?

So i plan on getting these 3d printable mouth appliances since i just need my lips a little longer to have the perfect ratio. I also have decent sized lips.

Will mouth appliances make them longer but thinner or would they keep their height (the lips)?

i'm planning on getting the 9cm one, can you share your experience with those appliances? How much time does it take to see results etc?

9cm is pretty good beginner one it works yep but you have to stay consistent

11cm is alot bigger than 9cm even tho its 2cm only

so get 9cm then 10cm first and ideally use the 11cm one daily

did you get nasolabial folds or any of that stuff? Do you use chapstick for when they get chapped from stretching?
