Do mouthbreathing and poor tounge posture have the same affects?

If there were two identical twins, and one mouthbreathed their whole life, and the other nasal breathed (with tounge at bottom of the mouth) wouldn't they have the same facial growth patterns? Which one would be more downgrown?
