I will be taking 3500mg MSM every day to combat joint issues caused by AI. MSM is known to bring out undertones, but do MSM pills also lighten eyes? Or are eye drops more effective?

There's no scientific evidence that MSM eyedrops can lighten eye color. I personally wouldn't use it for that purpose unless there is undeniable proof that it works.

Only t4 upsets tsh, t3 alone or in combination with t4 will not harm you as long as you know what your levels are of course, generally staying below 50 mcg is ok for euthyroid individuals.

The claims of msm changing eye color are quite dubious but it might work for some, since it has no risk I'd just take it. Drops are a meme, even if it could change eye color it would be extremely temporary.
