I think irl also cause water but you look sick if you’re lips are pale asf. I for myself always connect pale or not pink lips to being sick considering your phenotype tho what I heard and noticed that yall have it harder in general to maintain pink lips, correct me if I’m wrong

i am on accutane and it's really easy to fight this pale look, just use eucerin balm for extremly dry lips every hour and scrub them gently with towel before going out (only when you see them being pale and with white cast) and after it mix eucerin with pink vaseline. Accutane actually makes lips look better, you just need to take extra care of them
