Possibly. But the death rate in Italy is so high right now, around 40% or so when looking at closed cases. But Italy does have an old population so that must be taken into account for the high death rate. But for the Hydroxylchloroquine it should be used for severe cases, some people who get the milder version of covid-19 might not need it.
