Recomping only works if your a noob, a jabba the hutt stunt double or take enough tren to make a cow ask what's wrong with you. Even if you can recomp if you lack IFBB pro genes, you'll just stall in the blink of an eye if your 18% body fat.

Body recomposition aka losing fat and gaining muscle is a waste of time. It depends on training age genes and hormone profile. If you lack a good hormone profile, have been training for a couple years, then you'll just stall in the blink of an eye.

Imo a good way to determine if your way too fat is if you can't complete a mile run all the way while running. Unlike lifting which is very cringey and bluepilled, cardio based workouts are guaranteed to make you lean and chiseled as long as your diet is okay.

Tbh at 22% recomping isnt a bad idea which is what im doing and making great gains but yeah i agree

True but u have to be careful

Sprinting mogs jogging and you can compare the physique of Olympic competitors in each category to see how drastic the outcome is for a similar cardio based workout

I do jumping rope, never have I seen a jump rope enthusiast with a crappy looking physique.
