I dont know the exact genetic differences but I am pretty sure there is more dravidian in india, although india is incredibly genetically diverse and the country is massive so there are so many different ethnic groups. But the dravidian admixture in india is not doing them any favors, and in pakistan the average man is taller. So its overall probably better in the sexual marketplace for the average pakistani
