I don't think you should do orbital surgery in the UK if you can help it. Oculoplastics might still be fine in the UK but orbital is probably better done in the US or in Europe.

Spain, Italy, maybe Switzerland, Netherlands. But probably the first two for cosmetic indications.

I don't think you are limited to a few countries in continental or west Europe for rhino, but yes you can especially in Italy. Maybe there is someone good enough in the UK too.

that just the cheapest best, if you wanna be more safe to not get botched go to high class countries with surgeons. italy would be the best pick if youd be willing to spend a bit extra
