Do sharp, angular fillers like these, look unnatural irl?

Has anybody seen IRL how this kind of fillers transformation looks like?

When speaking or in movement, does it look natural?

I have the chance of going for similar results very soon, but getting scared of looking unnatural...

I know i will have to keep paying in order to maintain it, but I have the money, so i don't care.

i have it in my chin and it looks pretty normal... btw it feels like bone, some girl kept touching it the other day saying ur so perfect or some shit im subhuman below the fillers
