Exactly, and this is a cheat code for short dudes, they can get lean asf and improve their faces, and still will look muscular and good on photos.
Dudes that are 6'1+ don't have this option, they should bulk hard and even after cutting they will look skinny if they're naturals.

In contrast short dudes can train for a year and get a very good physique, so it is literally something that most short dudes should use to increase their PSL.
