Do sprints actualy work for height?

Ill start doing sprints regurarly plus diet and other stuff, now mesured my tibia its at 42,5cm im 5'7 now(170cm)

No, why would it? If anything it will subtract height because it will steal food building blocks to repair the damage you did to your body after.

i was thinking of doing sprints 30 minutes before going to sleep as it increases HGH by 700%, although the hgh increases goes down after like an hour which sucks
do it 2-3x a week. if everyday even better. it is gonna leave results overtime

ye i was 5'7 for almost 2 years and was doing sprints everyday 30 secs to a min and i grew to 5'8, so it defo works. I took hot showers before going bed which apparently increases hgh as well
 
Not for it to have a long term effect. The boost is only temporarily in response to the stress from sprinting
youre not wrong but when you do regular sprinting it can help maintain hgh

30 sec is too much do 6-7 set of 5-6 seconds sprints 100% effort with 2 minute rest between them.

should i do like, weighted skipping, high jumps and masaai jumps?
 
The reason it increases HGH is to repair the damaged muscles cells and for overall recovery, so it serves that purpose. It doesn't increase your baseline HGH levels which is what you need to grow taller. Instead eat a lot of animal protein and raw milk

Sprinting doesn’t "steal" food building blocks. it produces hgh production n better circulation which helps efficient use of "building blocks". so If you sleep n eat good body will use those nutrients for both

That would certainly be better for height growth yes, but it's not ideal, only sick people "rot in bed all day"
Most people don't want to do that since humans need to move around anyway. It's about doing what you feel like doing. Just don't exert yourself.

you just like arguing n throwing absurd arguments . sick people die sooner because they cant move there is no circulation in their body. as I said physical activity is good for hgh, physical activity improves circulation in body, which ensures that building blocks are delivered throughout the body. This means the nutrients can be used for both recovery and growth better then people who "rot".

recently started taking vitamin d3 k2 supplement and taking more sunlight, and i drink raw milk, hope it'll help me
