I think they do but to say they “know” anything is a misnomer because they arent really self aware.

Obviously, they know that if they put on revealing clothes and go to a bar, then they can get attention and validation and find a chad to have sex with. But they dont think about this before they do it, like “I will put on these clothes and act feminine and go to a bar so that I can get the emotional chemical responses in my brain that I desire”, they just are programmed to do it so they do it.
