Zhang's law of dynamic deformation of bone is a supplement to Wolff's law, focusing on how bone morphology adapts to long-term loads throughout life, including after skeletal maturity. It describes how bone shape, diameter, length, curve, and alignment change in response to mechanical stress.just do maasai jumps bro

So you deny the science and just say it doesn’t work. What logical counterargument do you have in order to substantiate your presupposition?View attachment 3936492
and no none of those methods work the massai jumps was a joke
I feel like if you do it for 1-2 years you can gain a solid 1-3 inches which is pretty good. Especially if you combine it with extended cycling and sleep stretching. Don’t you think all these methods in conjunction will give you more prosperous results than a few mm in years? You'd be lucky to get a few mm of bone growth in years out of that which is not worth the effort
Why
lateral synovial joint loading.Sorry but what’s LSJL?
Because bread tastes better than key

there was some russian i think that did banded stretching ever night for like 8 years and grew a substantial amount at 30+, im not sure if he incorporated microfracturing into his routine but i think that only applies in extreme scenarios where you have a mechanical pressure loading the bones and creating the fractures, there was a thread about some crazy richel method with all kinds of red light devices etc but i dont have it. if ur willing to look into these and ur still below 20 id research HGH related topics first just to set the foundation then once thats done you can move onto modifications of your exercises to help squeeze whatevers left of your height.@LLcel
Well I’m already 20 pushing 21. So I can’t grow taller via exogenous hormones anymore as my growth plates are closed.there was some russian i think that did banded stretching ever night for like 8 years and grew a substantial amount at 30+, im not sure if he incorporated microfracturing into his routine but i think that only applies in extreme scenarios where you have a mechanical pressure loading the bones and creating the fractures, there was a thread about some crazy richel method with all kinds of red light devices etc but i dont have it. if ur willing to look into these and ur still below 20 id research HGH related topics first just to set the foundation then once thats done you can move onto modifications of your exercises to help squeeze whatevers left of your height.
That’s Hueters Volkmans law. They are both effective for height growth especially #11.)Microfractures + over the bed stretching (substantiated via zhang’s law which states bones can lengthen under pressure)
2.) LSJL
I thought stretching only works in conjunction with microfractures. It actually works on its own..?That’s Hueters Volkmans law. The more you stretch the more you grow
Idk how valid LSJL is ngl, but method 1 Sesms promising. Have you done this? If so did u get results? They are both effective for height growth especially #1
You can also add in heelsmashing
Heel smashing is based off of frosts law where the harder you hit on the bone the more it grows
Yes, works on its own Neck rings for example who are used by Kayan people have lengthened the height of their necks with itI thought stretching only works in conjunction with microfractures. It actually works on its own..?
I’ve been doing inconsistently for about a year and grown 1 inch taller from that and from heel smashing. I haven’t done LSJL thoughIdk how valid LSJL is ngl, but method 1 Sesms promising. Have you done this? If so did u get results?

So basically I should sleep stretch by attaching the rope to my ankles?View attachment 3937176
These people have lengthened their necks with this so yes stretching works on its own
Hueters Volkmans law.
Yes, you can also add in the neck rings there’s a discord height growth server and they do itSo basically I should sleep stretch by attaching the rope to my ankles?
Well I don’t want my neck any longer ngl.Yes, you can also add in the neck rings there’s a discord height growth server and they do it

Elaborate
I also asked chatgpt about this neck method, it said:View attachment 3937176

That's wrong and biologically literally impossible.I feel like if you do it for 1-2 years you can gain a solid 1-3 inches which is pretty good. Especially if you combine it with extended cycling and sleep stretching. Don’t you think all these methods in conjunction will give you more prosperous results than a few mm in years?
They simply won’t work. You can’t grow with micro fractures.Elaborate
Prove it.They simply won’t work. You can’t grow with micro fractures.
You can’t say that’s wrong without substantiating it though. How is it impossible? That's wrong and biologically literally impossible.
Source: Common sense + My biology teacher
No. Just because something is validated with a "law" doesn't mean it works. I could make any shit up, say it works by some obscure biological law established 200 years ago that could loosely enable what I'm describing it, and it would still be some made up shit.1.)Microfractures + over the bed stretching (substantiated via zhang’s law which states bones can lengthen under pressure)

Because you can't create that much material from nowhere which is basically what those retarded "laws" are implying, they're called microfractures for a reason and that's because they're so fucking tiny it would take you ages to even grow those out a few mm and I haven't seen a single study about them that promises that much bone growth. You can’t say that’s wrong without substantiating it though. How is it impossible?
Your “source” is an appeal to common sense fallacy as well as an appeal to authority fallacy.
That’s literally the whole point of scientific laws.No. Just because something is validated with a "law" doesn't mean it works.
Except they do, as zhang’s law establishes this scientifically.Microfractures DO NOT vertically extend your bones to any significant degree, and doing over the bed stretching will not help the case either.
How are those laws retarded? Are you against science now? Yes those fractures are tiny but over time you can gain significant length. If you do microfractures in conjunction with raised seat cycling and sleep stretching, this could potentially signal to the body that it needs to grow taller and thus adds significant height. Arm wrestlers like Devon Larret has one arm longer than the other because he puts more force on one arm as opposed to the other, and he noticed this significant gain over just 2 years which isn’t much.Because you can't create that much material from nowhere which is basically what those retarded "laws" are implying, they're called microfractures for a reason and that's because they're so fucking tiny it would take you ages to even grow those out a few mm and I haven't seen a single study about them that promises that much bone growth.

I was going to, then I realized I would actually have to read research and have to cite shit to debunk allat, I don't care enough to do that, believe what you want to believe brahRespond bro. Don’t run away
Nope, he put them at the exact same place. Can you show me evidence it’s been debunked? The example you gave was debunked numerous times before. He has his arms placed spaced differently from each other which is why one is closer to the camera and appears bigger.
You said fractures won’t cause longitudinal adaptations, yet the studies showcase this. And you still haven’t debunked zhang’s law which clearly showcases that bones under pressure can ELONGATE. What aren’t you understanding?I was going to, then I realized I would actually have to read research and have to cite shit to debunk allat, I don't care enough to do that, believe what you want to believe brahIf you actually read some of those studies through you can see how he's heavily cherry-picking information from the studies, fractures will cause bone remodeling, but by no means is that enough to create meaningful amounts of longitudinal adaptations.
Devon's case is also more than likely a case of tendon and joint laxity. Your bones will not grow meaningfully from microfractures or being stretches, bone is a composite material, it's stiff and rigid with extremely low elasticity.
But again, am I willing to go in depth into any of this and have to actually research this shit? No, believe and do what you want. You win, I guess
