yeah it does work but only temporarily. So yeah it's not a bad idea to use one before an event if you want to.

IIn my case they didn't change anything, if you are "plus size" no masks or miracle devices won't help you unless you introduce a diet. But reading a bit about it, it has supposedly given results to some people.
