Do topical fat loss creams work?

I've got "Slim Extreme 3.D" by Everline Cosmetics.

Is it a "wonder potion" & combined with am abs "belt" sending electrical currents through your body would it work at all?

Obviously you can't spurg out & eat like an Elephant.
