Fat loss journey on clen

I’m currently taking 40mgs of clen a day. But not losing weight is cardio really required while taking it because I never did cardio In my life so I really don’t want to even begin but if it helps drastically how much cardio would be optimal

Just waterfast 2 days a week or longer. its easy and has good results.

Cardio is never a requirement for weight loss, to lose fat you need to have a higher expenditure of calories than you consume, clen burns calories, cardio burns calories, there's a much simpler solution which is to stop stuffing your face.

@aidentxst it's not that simple for most people. cutting calories is effective but hard to sustain long-term for many guys. clen helps with this by giving energy and appetite suppression, so cardio can help amplify those effects while making progress more noticeable/maintainable in the short term

just do cardio when you are fasted like after you wake up, so fat is used for fuel
