Common question of all about height either gymcels would grow shorter or not. I've been hearing users not lifting weights to not stunt their growth ofc it's still a theory but what do u guys think Abt this??!?

lifting weights doesn't increase or decrease bone growth. as long as your growth plates aren't severely injured of course. minor injuries won't stop bone growth and if they do it is temporarily. only in extreme cases an injury may cause a growth arrest. a major injury isn't likely to happen from just lifting weights, even if done with bad form.

There is no real answer, studies have nevER been done, but igf1 is used to increase both bone and muscle size so it could hinder your bone growth.

The question should be do you believe lifting during pubertity boosts growth considering it doesnt stunt growth (which is water so idk why u even asked that question)

yes. its common sense as long as your not doing dead lifts and also dead lifts are a male gaze exercise anyways

Byproduct of working out = bulking, getting proper exercise, eating good food will increase growth

better hormonal profile will increase growth
 
I Heard It stunts your growth
 
Make sure not to be excessive on cardio, get enough rest and eat real wholefoods with a proper macro and micronutrient profile

my theory is peak in test = peak in e2
regularly peaking your e2= faster plates closure
workout/cardio for more than 45 min = high cortisol = shit hormones = you end up manlet
hop on roids or just sprint, jump rope etc
will be enough to get lean and i believe wanting muscle before 18 is an autistic trait

Mfs will say that it stunts growth just bcuz the weights are pressing you down :lul::lul:
