i need to my research on debloating
im in my ogre fase for a long time i never even bothered to do so
but when i take glp agonizers i will take something along to debloat
other than that a physical way to debloat is going to a dry sauna
i prompted just about now on chatgpt if youre interested:

💧 Diuretics (increase water excretion through the kidneys)

Thiazide diuretics
  • Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ)
  • Chlorthalidone

Loop diuretics (more potent)
  • Furosemide (Lasix)
  • Bumetanide

Potassium-sparing diuretics
  • Spironolactone
  • Amiloride

🧂 Electrolyte / hydration modulators

(not true "debloat drugs")
  • Potassium salts (medical use)
  • Oral...
I use caffine. Caffine is pretty effective. I have tried diuretics in the past but caffine is more or less better in my opinion.

🧂 Electrolyte / hydration modulators

(not true "debloat drugs")
  • Potassium salts (medical use)
  • Oral rehydration solutions

🫃 Gastrointestinal agents (reduce bloating sensation)

Anti-foaming agents
  • Simethicone
Osmotic laxatives
  • Polyethylene glycol (PEG / Macrogol)
  • Lactulose
Prokinetic agents
  • Domperidone
  • Metoclopramide

🔥 Thermogenic / stimulant compounds

(may affect water balance indirectly)
  • Caffeine
  • Other stimulants (mainly for energy/appetite, not true debloating)

🧬 Hormonal / metabolic drugs

(can alter fluid balance, but are not debloat agents)
  • Corticosteroids → often increase water retention and puffiness
  • Thyroid hormones → can affect metabolism and fluid balance when medically indicated

Main category for "dry look" / water reduction:

Diuretics
  • Thiazides
  • Loop diuretics
  • Potassium-sparing diuretics
The other categories mainly affect gas, intestinal contents, digestion, or the feeling of bloating, not subcutaneous water retention.
