if I’ve interpreted your question correctly it would be Individualism. Women market themselves through their unique features. Like boob , hips , face ass etc and overall attractiveness. This could be applied to men too.

If in terms of objective life quality, it would be collectivism unless you are also regarding women's personal self-interest and urges to satisfy their narcissistic tendencies in which they would undoubtedly choose individualism.
