In my mind if its even a remote possibility in todays time, theorizing it to be possible is completely in the realms of it actually happening. If 7-1- feet is confirmed then 12-20 is well within a "slight" chance of it being possible.

We went from 5'10 to 5'5 during the agricultural revolution. Humans now are about as tall as we were when we were cavemen

Nutrition and agriculture? Are you serious? If anything, early humans agriculture and nutrition was probably off the charts. A soil ecosystem that is left more untouched with fuller nutrients both micro and macro. Unpolluted air quality. Uncut trees and plants which mean higher quality of oxygen. Higher water quality, higher fish quality with less pollutants. Original seeds. So many Variety's of quality food genetics have been lost. (like the original fig(Ficus ceratops etc.)+more). Most "extremely rare" variety's of citrus, and other fruits and veggies are simply long lost genetics. This also applies to beneficial insects, bugs and natures ecosystem in general. There's also all types of organizations like Oxitec that release all types of fucking mosquitoes and shit that destroy other beneficial ecosystems. People replacing more nutritious seed genetics to make things sweeter, bigger or more colorful. etc

Even stuff like KNF and living soil theory's in todays time date back to old times. Stuff today is just reinventing the wheel while still failing. One of mans first professions was a farmer. We may beat them when it comes to efficient technology, but agriculture quality? I doubt it. Maybe they didn't have shit to replicate rain, or machinery, but in other ways, i think they would mog us hard when it came to natural shit. Especially nutrition.
