i get what your trying to say but from my knowledge a LOT of the claims you make are false or has no proofI think its quite opposite of the gods of the gap. They claim that because there is a lack of understanding, there must be a supernatural element like God or some immaterial being. I cannot know of anything beyond the material world, and I can't make any kind of claim to that. I can only say that our lack of material understanding makes it impossible to know things are predetermined. Our understanding of the mind makes it impossible to explain consciousness, we can only explain very simple things like basic nervous reactions and electrical impulses and a few chemical interactions.
Even in the strictly physical sense, many fields of science make room for an unpredictable element, like quantum mechanics. In this field they often say things are random in the technical sense, because there is no analysis which can give any reliable prediction of the outcome. This one example shows that not all physical phenomena are able to be predicted easily like the speed a ball will fall at.
The mind and even the self are labels applied by us which the natural world does not recognize. Where does the brain end? It is connected to the entire body, and receives signals from outside the body as well. If we remove the body, the "brain" is still there, but it has been changed. In order to predict something in a totally deterministic way we would need to know all parts like an equation, but we cannot know these things because equations are purely man made and rely on man made logic, but the natural world has no such thresholds and distinctions.
you can have your opinion and your using plausible logic either way
i love seeing other veiw point your is a great one it put insigth into to my existing perspective
