yes because every race has different iq averages and IQ is largely genetic.

I don't believe your race directly causes you to have high/low iq (there are low iq Asians and high iq blacks) but there are definitely important patterns.

Iq is subtle in its manifestations. It doesnt really change someones behaviour except for 5% of their personality
