MK Ultra is very real, and still ongoing to my understanding.
Bill Clinton admitted that radiation experiments, alongside a whole host of other things, were carried out by the American government on American citizens during the time of the cold war:

Like eugenics, MK Ultra was basically an American continuation of what the Germans had started in WW2.

MK Ultra was publicly admitted by the American government but not before they tried to cover it up first by attempting to destroy all of the evidence (so who is to say it hasn't continued in a different guise?), this has also been admitted in mainstream sources (Wikipedia):

n 1973, amid a government-wide panic caused by Watergate, CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all MKUltra files destroyed.[71] Pursuant to this order, most CIA documents regarding the project were destroyed, making a full investigation of MKUltra impossible. A cache of some 20,000 documents survived Helms's purge, as they had been incorrectly stored in a financial records building and were discovered following a FOIA request in 1977. These documents were fully investigated during the Senate Hearings of 1977.[13]

The very same people who tried to cover it up are also saying that they halted it
If those few documents had not survived the purge, MK Ultra would have gone down as just another 'conspiracy theory' in the history books.

Mk ultra is real but old as hell.

Im pretty sure the way the government uses social media to influence political powers are part of some mind control program. It just goes over a lot of peoples head.

But in a few 10s of years this shit will probably be labeled some operation and titled. People will think its a conspiracy as well.
