Do you believe in religion ?

i think every religions are flawed , what i meant is what makes a christian's unprovable beliefs better than a muslim's unprovable beliefs , it just goes in circle with no substancial proof and multiple parties claiming the truth as a beliver you will never have the certitude to have the right faith so what would be the point
as i said before having proof defeats the point of faith , muhammad was an illiterate man who got people to follow him and claimed "god spoke to him" , Jesus had eyewitnesses to his miracles , yes none of them are certain proof now but if u think a 54 year old pedophile who had imaginary schizophrenic conversations with "god" is the truth i got no words

The start of a chain of predetermined events is not necessarily supposed to predetermined. There is no rule that the start of this cause and effect universe mandatorily needs a cause itself.
true, the universe might be deterministic but ontological base reality likely isn't

quantum mechanics proves that not everything follows newton mechanics
On a micro scale. On a macro scale Newtonian mechanics holds true. Atoms still follow Newtonian mecahnics when looked at as a system

Unfortunately, there are many hypotheses for your query. I listed one of them. It is a matter of not knowing

I don't believe in Jewish spooky physiscs. Everything after Newton is cucked and I do not recognise it.

it doesnt bother me im just saying that believing in something with 0 proof which was made up by the same people who believed in vampires and burned people cause they were ''witches'' isnt probs the best source and u shouldnt take it as the objective truth
agreed

i don't believe in neither i don't have enough knowledge in the books but i'm sure an educated muslim and christian could go back and forth about what's wrong with each other's religion . the problem lies in the fact that they both claim to be the absolute truth while contradicting each other so you will never have certainty your beliefs are right so what would be the point of believing either way

it's a healthy cope, most religions teach you good values like love ur neighbor and forgiveness, so I don't see why it's so bothersome

I studied engineering. Quantum physics is very useful. But it is not proved that it ties in witg Newtonian Mechanics

The hard truth is that if god exists he is clearly not all loving

i was having this debate with a christian friend today at lunch and i told him i just can't believe in an all good all loving god because it just doesn't make sense when you see our world , a lot of times i feel like religious mfs just use it as a way to cope but he disagreed with me . what about ya'll , i know a lot of you guys got a pretty pessimistic view of the world but are any of you religious ? i'm curious
Yes
