Based on my experiences I would say it's accurate.

Growing up all my non chad ethnic friends were basically incel. One of my non Chad ethnic friends is from a high status family so he was able to get a girlfriend during high school but she cheated on him after university. He then just got an arranged marriage. Every other sub Chad ethnic guy I know had to settle for an arranged marriage. All my above average and Chad tier ethnic friends slayed like any other Chad.

Out of my white friends they had it a little better. where as average looking ethnic men will struggle average looking white men can still get girlfriends and occasional casual sex. One of my average looking white friend got his first girlfriend in university, after she cheated on him he was able to get a handful of one night stands from clubs and tinder in his 20s, I would say maybe one or two casual encounters per year, until he basically became a betabux in his 30s.

Also out of all of my friends they have almost all dated down, only exceptions are some of my c suite executive friends who make 250k plus a year. Even with money the best they could do is get a looks match. Even some of my Chad friends date/marry down. But I think that's to be expected based on the gender ratio being in women's favor. I suspect in countries with more women than men that getting a looksmatch or above is more common.

Also another thing to note is that you always hear of women complaining that men cheat all the time, I've never met a women who hasn't complained about this. Yet out of all of my friends none of them have ever cheated, yet some of them have been cheated on. I think this is another example of how it's just a small group of men having the majority of sex. So when they complain about men it's just the top % of men pumping and dumping them.

So overall I do believe it, and wouldn't be surprised if that number is higher in reality, especially for men under 30.
